Lapulia Studio was founded by Rita Digilova in 2004.

Rita Digilova (aka Lapulia) is an eclectic solitaire Sorceress who started to practice the craft at the age of 14.

She always dreamed that one day she would own a truly magickal bookstore filled with huge tomes bound in leather. These books have antique parchment paper that carry the wisdom of the centuries, each book has a history and magick of its own. These books can change their owner’s live by teaching knowledge tested by time.

She was lucky enough to have her wish granted, the dreams of her childhood came true. Today she owns the business she once envisioned, her own Real Magickal Bookstore. She now creates beautiful leather tomes that change people’s lives, something these books quickly proved they were capable of, because of her positive energy and love. Along with that each book is blessed by the performance of a special ritual. Because of this every new owner feels positivity.

Besides studying and practicing in US, Rita underwent magickal studies in Russia, Malaysia, France, and Italy. While she did learn a lot, more than she could have ever imagined, she was always hungry for more. Her studies are never complete. For this reason she is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology.

She is also a Certified Feng Shui Consultant, who has studied in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from her teacher, the world famous Lillian Too. She went on to win second place in the Consultants Competition held by Lillian Too in 2005. While she no longer offers consultations, because of her busy schedule, she is always willing to answer any questions regarding Feng Shui and still hold an affiliation with Lillian Too’s World of Feng Shui.

Besides all of the above, she has been happily married for the last 18 years to her soul-mate, and lives in New Jersey with him, their three wonderful children: Rebecca, Violeta and Arik, her mom Elto, and her dog, a shih-tzu named Masha.

How did she accomplish all of it? Well, her mote is “In Perfect Love and Perfect Trust” and she just loves magick!
